Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition — tags attached, original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at admin@eivvn.com. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before fulfilment. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — a return may be requested instead, subject to the conditions above.

To request a cancellation, contact us promptly at admin@eivvn.com with your order details.

Final Sale

Certain items are final sale and are not eligible for return or cancellation. These will be clearly indicated at the point of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@eivvn.com so we can resolve the matter.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it under the process above and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Items must be unworn and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at admin@eivvn.com.
