Delivery

Every EIVVN order is prepared with care and dispatched in discreet, unmarked packaging — no branding on the outside, nothing to give it away.

Timescales

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Please allow 10–15 working days from the date of your order for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timescales are estimates. Whilst we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your dispatch confirmation will include a tracking reference and a link to follow your order's progress.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, your carrier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot or pickup point.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at admin@eivvn.com and we will resolve the matter promptly.
